Michelin-starred restaurant unveils its autumn menu
With the arrival of autumn, the Michelin-starred restaurant Il Ristorante – Niko Romito at Bvlgari Hotel Beijing has unveiled its autumn menu.
Highlights of the new menu include glazed and seared yellow croaker fish, accompanied by mashed potatoes and parsley sauce. The dish combines the subtle flavors of seafood with the creaminess of the potatoes. Another option, handmade pasta with red prawns, features traditional tortellini filled with sweet red prawns and coated in butter sauce, accented by lemon zest and chives.
Roasted tuna belly with pumpkin and orange is also on the menu, with the tuna carefully roasted to maintain a crisp exterior and tender interior. It is served alongside pumpkin puree and orange sauce, offering a combination of creamy textures and citrus notes.
The restaurant, which features a wooden terrace overlooking the garden, also offers diners views of the Liangma River and the surrounding landscape.
