"I trust the Chinese government. Every time a decision has been taken and a goal has been set, it has been achieved. China could help Europe and the world through the spread of technological innovation in a greener economy," said Daniele De Giovanni, former chief of staff to the Italian Prime Minister office, in an interview with Professor Wang Wen from RUC at the Mingde Strategic Dialogue (2025).
