China denies accusation of China supplying products to Russian military plants

China expressed opposition on Tuesday over unwarranted accusation and political manipulation claiming that China is supplying a range of important products to Russian military plants.
Oleh Ivashchenko, chief of Ukrainian foreign intelligence, told Ukrinform, the National News Agency of Ukraine, that China "provides tooling machines, special chemical products, gunpowder, and components specifically" to defense manufacturing industries to 20 Russian military factories.
Refuting the remarks, China's Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Mao Ning reiterated that China has never provided lethal weapons to any party related to the conflict and strictly controlled dual-use articles, and Ukraine "knows it pretty well".
China's position on the Ukraine issue is consistent and clear, she said, stressing that the country has always been committed to promoting talks for peace and ending the conflict.
