"Trilateral cooperation was born from the joint efforts to overcome the 1997 Asian financial crisis," said LEE Hee-sup, secretary-general of the Trilateral Cooperation Secretariat at the 2025 RCEP Media & Think Tank Forum on May 25. He stated that we must strengthen our recognition of a shared destiny crossing the river in the same boat.
