Academy kicks off graduation exhibitions in Beijing


For art professionals and aficionados in Beijing, few summer events are more exciting than the graduation exhibitions of the Central Academy of Fine Arts, where they look to discover stunning new works and explore fresh perspectives.
The academy kicked off the highly anticipated annual showcase on Tuesday at its art museum. Themed Chasing the Light, the 2025 graduation exhibitions will unfold in three parts.
The first installment of the graduation showcase features over 3,000 artworks created by 532 graduate and PhD students from the academy. Running until May 14, the exhibition presents a diverse range of artistic expressions, including paintings, prints, sculptures, installations as well as calligraphy and design works.
This will be followed by two undergraduate student exhibitions. The first will take place from May 20 to June 3, and the second from June 8 to June 22. If you plan to visit the academy’s graduation exhibitions, please make reservations through its official WeChat account.
