The rise of the Global South is humanity's hope

"I truly believe that the rise of the Global South is a hope for humanity," said Hector Villagran Cepeda, former minister of Transportation and Public Works of Ecuador. He emphasized that the two common goals shared by Global South countries are free trade between nations and the establishment of peaceful, independent societies where each country is free from external pressure.
