Rice fields are rolling, and the autumn harvest is in full swing. Currently, over 1.22 million mu of rice in Tianchang city, Chuzhou, Anhui province, is celebrating a bountiful harvest. In alignment with the National Rural Revitalization Strategy to maintain the stable development of the agricultural industry chain, the State Grid Chuzhou Power Supply Company has organized seven autumn grain production support service teams in Tianchang city since October.

These teams are tasked with conducting periodic power patrols in the fields, inspecting power supply lines and stations related to autumn grain for potential safety hazards. They focus on addressing various safety concerns, such as insufficient safety distance between agricultural equipment and the ground, unauthorized power connections, interference between power lines and trees and the lack of leakage protectors, to ensure harvesters can harvest safely during good weather conditions.

In this golden land, Tianchang Tianhe Rice Industry Co, Ltd witnesses and participates in the bountiful harvest of this season. "Our palletizing robots and rice processing co-production lines have all been automated. The disinfection and purification equipment in the workshop operate continuously, demanding high-quality power supply." On Nov 5, to ensure the electrical needs of grain and oil enterprises, the company organized the Wanmei Communist Party Member Service Team to visit the factory. Together with internal staff, they conducted a thorough safety inspection of electrical equipment used in critical processes like drying, shelling, polishing and packaging, ensuring no electrical safety hazards were overlooked.

They collaborated with the company's internal staff to conduct a thorough inspection of electrical equipment used in critical processes like drying, shelling, polishing and packaging, ensuring no safety loopholes.

It is understood that in 2023, the State Grid Chuzhou Power Supply Company installed a dedicated power line for Tianhe Rice and a new 1600 kilovolt-ampere transformer to meet the electricity demand for grain drying. "Over the past 20 years since our company's establishment, the scale of our production workshops has continuously expanded, which is closely related to the power services provided by the State Grid Chuzhou Power Supply Company.

They have assisted us with numerous upgrades and transformations. Every year, they conduct regular on-site inspections of our distribution rooms and large electrical equipment, promptly responding to any power demands," Geng Xiaoming said with emotion. Thanks to the continuous improvement in power supply services, Tianhe Rice's production mode has become highly automated. The factory area has expanded from two workshops to eight, and the rice processing capacity has increased from 50 metric tons per day to 300 tons.

In the grand blueprint of rural revitalization, electricity not only serves as a pivotal force driving agricultural modernization, but also functions as a crucial bridge connecting urban and rural areas, fostering common prosperity. The State Grid Chuzhou Power Supply Company will uphold its responsibility of maintaining food security by providing high-quality power services. Through daily inspections and service optimization, new momentum is injected into the sustainable development of the local agricultural industry, striving to guarantee a safe and reliable electricity supply during the harvest and storage of autumn grains.
