In the production workshop, the busy production line is running at full capacity. Packs of playing cards go through pipeline printing, glazing, die-cutting, and packaging, waiting to be shipped all over the country. At present, it is the peak season for poker production. Three printing lines, four glazing lines and ten packaging lines are running at full power 24 hours a day, with a daily output of 1.1 million decks of cards. According to the enterprise, 80 percent of the cost of producing a deck of cards lies in paper and printing. At the same time, it is necessary to ensure that each deck of cards passes strict color difference and durability tests. The ultimate production process and huge production capacity place extremely high demands on power supply reliability.

On site, power supply personnel conduct comprehensive inspections and temperature measurements on the enterprise's power consumption equipment and lines, identifying and eliminating hidden dangers and defects in a timely manner to ensure stable and reliable power supply. At the same time, they communicate with enterprise leaders, conduct a comprehensive analysis of the current power consumption situation and customize power supply plans. By improving energy efficiency management, strengthening power consumption guidance, promoting power consumption safety and publicizing peak-valley electricity policies, etc, they contribute to further reducing the enterprise's power consumption costs.

"As soon as the peak production season arrives, our electricity consumption will increase greatly. The power supply department promptly publicizes corresponding policies to us, effectively reducing our production costs." Yu Xianrong, deputy general manager of Zhejiang Zhengdian Industrial Co Ltd said that with the increase in enterprise benefits, there is better development space. "We will strive to increase production again next year," he added.

The power supply reliability has reached 99.999 percent. The efficient and stable power supply has laid a solid foundation for Wuyi playing cards to seize the market. At the same time, the company also helps poker enterprises save costs through data analysis, technical transformation and upgrading, and peak staggering to adjust the production cycle. Since this year, the overall energy consumption of poker enterprises in Wuyi county has decreased by more than 12 percent.
