State Grid Xuzhou Power Supply Company: The new maintenance mode of 'multiple uses in one outage' helps the intelligent development of power grid
A few days ago, after 24 hours of continuous operations, State Grid Xuzhou Power Supply Company successfully completed the full outage centralized maintenance work of 220 kV Weizhuang Substation. For the first time, the company used the "multiple uses in one outage" mode for maintenance, accelerating the important construction project of transforming old equipment in the Xuzhou area.
It is reported that the 220 kV Weizhuang Substation, as an important hub of the power system in Tongshan district, Xuzhou city, is connected to four 220 kV substations and Pengcheng Power Plant. It is an important power source point in the northern area of Xuzhou. This comprehensive automation transformation of Weizhuang Substation is of great significance for the safety, reliability, operation efficiency and intelligent development of the power grid in the northern part of the Xuzhou urban area.
"This centralized maintenance will provide support for reliable power supply in the Xuzhou urban area. At the same time, the new mode of ‘multiple uses in one outage' can take advantage of the full outage of a substation to carry out multiple tasks and comprehensively promote the digital transformation of the power grid, greatly improving the power supply quality in the northern area of Xuzhou". The squad leader of the Sudi Operation and Maintenance Squad of State Grid Xuzhou Power Supply Company was introduced.
This centralized maintenance involves a large amount of work and frequent changes in operation modes. The risks of power grid operations are intertwined and superimposed. State Grid Xuzhou Power Supply Company takes preemptive control in advance, strengthens overall coordination, and implements strict and meticulous management and control. It makes great efforts in many aspects such as operation modes, risk identification, accident anticipation, operation and inspection guarantee, and process control to achieve "zero errors," "zero blind spots," "zero wrong items," "zero omissions" and "zero letting go" in the operation process.
To ensure the smooth progress of work, the company has also formed a flexible support team of "experts + young backbones" to work in a coordinated way and deeply participate in work such as drawing review, key process control, power outage and restoration operations. They compact safety responsibilities and ensure that operation risks are identified, supervised and controlled in place, and make every effort to ensure the safe and stable operation of the power grid.
