China-US relations: curb tit-for-tat escalation, focus on collaboration

Susan Thornton, former US diplomat and senior fellow of Paul Tsai China Center at Yale Law School, said China and the US should try to discipline tit-for-tat escalation in things that happened between the two countries and work on specific project areas where they can make progress.
