State Grid's welfare project boosting rural development

On the occasion of China's 27th Sanitation Workers' Day on Thursday, State Grid Taizhou Power Supply Company worked with the local sanitation service center to send warm-hearted holiday gifts to sanitation workers.

The Power of Love Supermarket is a key project under the framework of the State Grid Empowering Rural Areas and Culture and Agriculture Cultivation Action public welfare brand. It is also an innovative initiative of State Grid to serve rural revitalization.

Since the operation of the Power of Love Supermarket, the teams have organized a total of 15 activities, mobilizing more than 130 volunteers and saving nearly 10,000 yuan ($1,366.6) in expenses.
