The 2023 China Family Sailing Race- SangLe Jinan Stop ends

The 2023 China Family Sailing Race - SangLe Jinan Stop ended on Sunday at Xueye Beach.

Huang Zhihai of Team Chengxie Qihang, Yang Junkai and Wang Jianyong of Team Windchild won Hobie T1 and Hobie T2 after two days of racing in hot and windy conditions.

"It was really great both for the experience and winning. We enjoyed the competition and also the chance to meet the people from around the country," said Huang Zhihao, the Hobie T1 champion. "Four years ago I came to Xueye on a business trip and did not have much time to truly enjoy the place. The family sailing race provided me the chance to know more about the local culture and make more friends."

Sailing is perfect combination of sports and tourism. Zhang Juzhong, deputy director of the Jinan sports bureau, said the family sailing race encourages a healthy lifestyle and promotes sports for all.
