14th Dongguan Taiwan Famous Products Fair rakes in billions in deals

The fair followed a general plan for deepening innovative cross-Strait development and cooperation in Dongguan, which was approved by the State Council, China's Cabinet, in early September.

"The approval of the plan for deepening innovation and cooperation between the two sides of the Taiwan Strait has boosted confidence for Taiwan-funded enterprises on the mainland," said Samuel Kuo, honorable chairman of the Association of Taiwan Investment Enterprises on the Mainland.
