• Review the reports on the execution of the central and local budgets for 2022 and on the draft central and local budgets for 2023

• Deliberate the draft amendment to the Legislation Law

• Discuss the work report of the NPC Standing Committee

• Deliberate the work report of the Supreme People's Court

• Discuss the work report of the Supreme People's Procuratorate

• Deliberate the plan on the reform of State Council institutions

• Elect and decide on members of State organs

• Hear and deliberate the work report of the Standing Committee of the CPPCC National Committee

• Hear and deliberate the report on proposals from political advisers

• Sit in on the first session of the 14th NPC as non-voting participants; hear and discuss reports including the Government Work Report

• Review and approve an amendment to the CPPCC charter
