IMF managing director sends Lunar New Year wishes

With Spring Festival around the corner, International Monetary Fund Managing Director Kristalina Georgieva has expressed her good wishes to everyone in China and other countries that celebrate the Lunar New Year. She said the rabbit embodies calm, peace, prosperity and longevity, and she hopes this will translate into the world coming together to address our common challenges and put us on a path to prosperity for all.

This year's Spring Festival falls on Jan 22, which marks the beginning of the Year of the Rabbit.
