Italian restaurant celebrates festive season with a special menu

With the 2023 edition of Michelin Guide Beijing released in late December, Italian cuisine restaurant Il Ristorante - Niko Romito gained one Michelin star for four consecutive years.

Boasting spectacular views over the Liangma River, the restaurant features exquisite furniture to ensure a seamless dining experience, including custom-designed Murano glass chandeliers and chairs and columns wrapped in dark-brown leather to contrast the lighter tones of the walls and floor.

The Michelin Guide said the restaurant’s "classic recipes are given a subtle and modern twist that adds sophistication and depth. The a la carte menu changes every season, while degustation menus change every month. The wide array of Italian wines on offer match the food well".

To celebrate the festive season, the restaurant has launched a special seven-course set menu which includes roasted wagyu tenderloin with brandy sauce and black truffle and King Crab meat with caviar and potato mousse.
