Estee Lauder Companies unveils first carbon-neutral pavilion at CIIE

In terms of the sustainability of product packaging, the Companies has also set a goal to reduce the use of original petroleum-based plastics in packaging to 50 percent or less by the end of 2030, hoping to integrate sustainable practice, innovation and design into all aspects of the business.

"We hope to build a sustainable high-end beauty industry with more partners relying on the platform of the CIIE," said Fan Jiayu, president and CEO of Estee Lauder Companies in China.

Estee Lauder Companies has participated in the Expo for four consecutive years. The Companies brought 15 brands that are sold in China as well as new brands and technology to this year's CIIE.

In the past four years, the Companies has successfully introduced four international brands, including KILIAN, Dr.Jart+, Aveda and Editions de Parfums Frédéric Malle, and more than 2,500 products to the market.
