Kering Group opens a world of luxury at CIIE

The Kering Group also insists on promoting environmental protection, with sustainability as an essential consideration.

"The luxury industry is integrated with sustainable development. In 2017, we formulated the Kering Sustainable Development Strategy to deliver a sustainable and fashionable future for the world, society, and industry," said Cai Jinqing, president of Kering Greater China.

Cai said that Kering had set the goal of reducing environmental benefits and costs by 40 percent by 2025 but reached this goal four years ahead of schedule.
