Road logistics price index up in August

China's road logistics price index went up 3 percent year-on-year in August as the country's economy maintained recovery momentum. The index came in at 103 last month, edging down 0.16 percent month-on-month, according to a survey jointly conducted by the China Federation of Logistics and Purchasing and the Guangdong Lin'an Logistics Group.

Warehouse storage sector growth eases

The growth of China's warehouse storage sector eased in August, according to a survey jointly conducted by the China Federation of Logistics and Purchasing and CMST Development Co Ltd. The index tracking the sector's development stood at 51.2 percent in August, down 1.9 percentage points from a month ago.
