He also hopes to continuously improve the intangible cultural heritage technology adapt to the development of the times. Most of his fans on Douyin were born after 1990 or 2000. For him, that indicates he has succeeded step-by-step in imperceptibly popularizing bamboo weaving knowledge in short videos, and more people have become interested in the ancient craft, he said.
