COSCO gets first LNG dual-fuel tanker

The world's first LNG dual-fuel crude oil tanker has been delivered to China's shipping giant COSCO Shipping. The ship will be assigned to Yangpu Port in South China's island province of Hainan, increasing the number of the port's registered ships for international voyages to 32.

Yangtze HSR line receives new boost

A high-speed railway line running along the Yangtze River received another boost on Monday when builders started drilling pile foundations for its 155-kilometer section in Hubei province. The Shanghai-Chongqing-Chengdu HSR, dubbed the Yangtze HSR, is an artery of the nation's HSR network. Trains on this line can reach speeds of up to 350 kilometers an hour. China Tiesiju Civil Engineering Group Co Ltd is building part of the Wuhan-Yichang section.
