9 trln yuan forestry output seen by 2025

China aims to establish a relatively complete modern forest and grass industry system by 2025, with the total output value expected to reach 9 trillion yuan ($1.41 trillion), said a development plan. China will also strive to establish itself as a leader of international trade in forestry and grass products, with an annual import and export value hitting $195 billion by 2025, according to the development plan for the forest and grass industry (2021-25) released by the National Forestry and Grassland Administration.

Family trust sector gains steam

China's family trust sector saw rapid growth with its newly added scale reaching a new high in January, industry data showed. The family trust volume added 12.9 billion yuan ($2 billion) last month, rising 33.54 percent from the previous month, data from China Trust Registration Co Ltd showed.
