6 babies born to endangered elephants

Six newborn elephants were observed at the Wild Elephant Valley in Xishuangbanna Dai autonomous prefecture in Yunnan province recently. [Photo provided to chinadaily.com.cn]

The species mainly migrates in Yunnan province. After over 30 years of rescue and protection work, their population has grown to about 300.
