ABOVE THE CLOUDS
Ciel Tower, a hotel skyscraper under construction by China Railway 18th Bureau Group in Dubai, the United Arab Emirates, is scheduled for completion in 2023. When finished, it will stand at nearly 370 meters tall, becoming the highest hotel building in the world, according to its developer. The First Group, the property's owner, has awarded the Chinese company the Certificate of HSE Excellence for its outstanding performance in health, safety and environment, and achieving 2 million safe man-hours without lost time due to injury at the project.
HIT THE SLOPES
Joining hands with Alps Ski Elite training group and Vanke Shijinglong Ski Resort, Club Med Joyview Yanqing Beijing is offering a high-end skiing package. The package includes shuttle bus services between the hotel and Shijinglong Ski Resort, tickets to the ski resort, a two-hour training program and rental of skiing equipment. Yanqing is a competition area of the forthcoming 2022 Winter Olympic Games.
