Organizers offer special services for 'special' athletes

Yao Baohua, an employee of the China Administration of Sport for Persons with Disabilities, said it is because these sports can improve physical strength and intelligence, as well as helping the group of people receive understanding, recognition and respect that the Special Olympic Games are promoted around the world.

It's of vital importance for them to go out, have a try and enjoy social life, Yao added.
