Robots, smart tech and more on show at digital economy expo

The China International Digital Economy Expo is being held in Shijiazhuang, Hebei province, from Sept 6 to 8, covering a total display area of 50,000 square meters, with 468 enterprises, including over 40 Fortune Global 500 companies, world-renowned IT giants and unicorns at the exhibition.

During the three-day expo, exhibitors has demonstrated their cutting-edge technologies and scientific products in smart facilities, industrial internet, big data, cloud computing, human-computer interaction and 5G healthcare.

Hebei province's Xiong'an New Area held a couple of activities to display its achievements in smart city construction. The total investment of the key projects signed on site exceeded 20 billion yuan. ($3.09 billion)
