Tokyo Olympics face rising coronavirus cases before opening

The number of coronavirus cases linked to the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games in Japan has risen to at least 61 since July 1, excluding athletes who arrived in Japan early for training, according to Tokyo 2020 organizers on Monday.
