Hopson committed to be a high-end lifestyle promoter

The Hong Kong-listed Hopson Development Holdings Ltd, mainly engaged in property development, is committed to promoting high-end lifestyles by further strengthening the image of its new lifestyle brand MAHÁ China.
As one of the latest efforts, the company on Monday introduced the Jenny Packham 2021 Fall grand show in MAHÁ•Beijing, the first time for the show to be staged in a garden. Hopson created the brand MAHÁ China three years ago with Adrian Zecha, the founder of Aman Hotel, aiming to provide its top clients with relevant services. MAHÁ•Beijing, located in the third East Ring Road of Beijing with 400,000 square meters of native forest, was built by the MAHÁ team.
In its aim to promote high-end lifestyles, the company has integrated relevant resources to build the MAHÁ brand. In the past two years, MAHÁ•Beijing has integrated super high-end resources such as the Halan winery, luxury jewelry maker Chopard, the MAHÁ luxury private yacht club and Innohealth.
The move is also in line with Hopson's strategy to build more boutique products. The company focuses on three major business lines, ranging from top-notch luxury apartments, medium to high-end residential apartments and office buildings. From 2015 to 2019, the company's gross profit ratio has increased from 24.62 percent to 64 percent. According to its annual report, its contracted sales value jumped by 53.7 percent to 35.8 billion yuan ($5.26 billion) in 2020. And its average sales unit price increased by 56 percent to 22,025 yuan per square meter.
