Minister highlights cooperation with EU
Great things can be accomplished as long as China and the European Union persist in making independent decisions in the common interests of both sides, State Councilor and Foreign Minister Wang Yi said. The recent conclusion of negotiations on the China-EU investment treaty is an example, Wang said in a video talk in Beijing on Monday with Josep Borrell, high representative of the EU for foreign affairs and security policy. The two sides should seize opportunities, strengthen all-around dialogue and cooperation, adhere to true multilateralism and jointly meet global challenges, he added.

The exhibition, sponsored by China Intercontinental Press, features 145 pictures depicting aspects of the cooperation between China and 17 CEECs since the China-CEEC platform was launched in 2012. China Intercontinental Press said it shows that China-CEEC cooperation has huge potential and will inject greater confidence and momentum into regional development.
