A farmer in Northwest China's Xinjiang Uygur autonomous region showed viewers around her greenhouses and her village in a self-recorded video. She owns five greenhouses and hires her neighbors, all women, as helpers.
"The five greenhouses bring in 200,000 yuan ($31,000) in net income a year," she said in the video. "Each of my neighbors working here earns 2,000 yuan a month and can look after their children while working."
One of their free-time activities is exercising on the fitness equipment installed right next to the farm fields. "We make money and we also enjoy life," she added.
