Talk about your big screens.

Chongqing residents watched the trailer of the BBC's new natural history series - A Perfect Planet - on 10 large outdoor screens in Chongqing on Monday evening while enjoying the night views.

The 60-second trailer will scroll across 10 buildings in Jiangbeizui, including nine on the skyscrapers and one on Chongqing Grand Theater, from 8 to 9:30 pm every night for one week.

A Perfect Planet, including five new natural history seasons, is a BBC natural history series presented by David Attenborough. The filming took place over four years and across 31 countries and regions including China, which features in the episode about the power of the sun. The first episode premiered on Sunday on BBC One.

"We realize this year, perhaps more than ever, people are seeking comfort and solace in the natural world. While we may not be able to travel ourselves, we can still experience the majestic wonders and beauty of our planet in this incredible footage. Throughout each program we will witness in beautiful detail how the lives of animals are shaped and driven by the Earth's great natural forces," said Paul Dempsey, president of global distribution at BBC Studios, at the global simulcast online conference of A Perfect Planet on Monday afternoon, adding the series will be broadcast around the world, with CCTV 9 scheduled to bring the first episode of the series to Chinese audiences on Monday night.
