Calf injury to sideline Gareth Bale for 'a few weeks'

LONDON - Tottenham coach Jose Mourinho confirmed on Tuesday that Gareth Bale will be out of action for "a few weeks" due to a calf injury.
Speaking ahead of his side's Premier League match at home to Fulham on Wednesday, Mourinho said Bale would not be available to play.
"I don't expect Gareth to be fit. I wouldn't say it's a serious injury, but I would say a few weeks," he commented.
Bale missed Sunday's draw away to Wolves after leaving his sides League Cup quarterfinal win against Stoke with the injury.
Since returning to North London on loan from Real Madrid ahead of the current season, the Welsh international has made just one Premier League start and played just 160 minutes in the league and just under 400 minutes in the Europa League.
