Gradual recovery in classical toy exports
China, the world's biggest toy exporter, has seen a gradual recovery in classical toy exports since July amid intensified work resumption efforts. The country exported $3.54 billion worth of classical toys in July, up 21.2 percent on a yearly basis, according to the China Toy and Juvenile Products Association. The figure rose to $3.94 billion in August and to $4.11 billion in September, up 2.6 percent and 7.9 percent on a yearly basis, respectively.
AI industry on a strong perch in Henan
Artificial intelligence-related industries in Central China's Henan province have seen strong growth momentum, with a scale now exceeding 30 billion yuan ($4.5 billion), according to local authorities. The AI industry is among the six major strategic emerging industries Henan has been cultivating, with a number of outstanding enterprises and research institutions springing up, said the provincial department of industry and information technology.
