Medical exchange enhances ties with Russia

The second meeting of the council of cooperation between areas along the upper and middle reaches of the Yangtze River and the Volga Federal District was held in Hefei, Anhui, in 2017.

The upper and middle reaches of the Yangtze comprise five provinces and one municipality — Anhui, Jiangxi, Hubei, Hunan and Sichuan provinces and the city of Chongqing.

Participants on both sides of the video conference agreed to continuously promote their mutual ties in the future.
