Editor's note: As most parts of China gradually go back to normal life, we invited our readers to share what they have done during self-quarantine to achieve self-improvement in the unusual time.

As a gymgoer, I initially struggled with self-quarantine and not being able to do my workout routines. But later, I got into high intensity interval training and body-weight training. I actually come out of the self-quarantine with a stronger cardiovascular system.
