Chinese national soccer coach unveils 27-man roster for training camp
The newly appointed Chinese national football team coach Li Tie Thursday announced a 27-man squad to prepare for the 2022 FIFA World Cup qualifiers in March.
Li replaces Marcello Lippi, who left the role last November after a poor run of results.
China currently sit second in Asian World Cup qualifying Group A, and is set to take on the Maldives and Guam in March. The team will head to the southern Chinese city of Guangzhou for a training camp next week.
