Indonesian champs to vie in 2019 International Lion King Championship

JAKARTA - The Indonesian champions of the International Lion Dance Tournament last year will compete in the 2019 International Lion King Championship in China this week, an official has confirmed.
The team from North Kalimantan province will represent Indonesia in the international championship to be held from December 26 to 29 in Guangzhou, the province's governor Irianto Lambrie said.
A total of 24 teams have been confirmed to compete in the 2019 International Championship in China.
The Indonesian team won the International Championship on August 25 this year in East Java province, where it defeated strong Malaysian and Chinese teams.
