Heavy snow turns village into winter wonderland

Although outdoor temperatures reach as low as minus 20 degrees Celsius, Songling Snow Village in Baishan city, Northeast China's Jilin province, attracts many visitors that enjoy the unique snowy landscape.

More than 100 houses in the village scattered on the ridge and at the bottom of a mountain are covered with thick snow, turning the small village into a winter wonderland.
