Bars and clubs in Hong Kong are suffering amid the protracted social unrest. According to the Hong Kong Bar and Club Association, bars experience monthly decline from August to October. The government announced on Tuesday a new round of measures to support the retail, catering, transportation and tourism sectors. Bar owners believe the government will help them through their current difficulties.
