Poland draw with Austria in Euro 2020 qualifiers

WARSAW - After losing against Slovenia, Poland were not able to go back on the winning path as they drew with Austria 0-0 here on Monday.
The match wasn't a great spectacle as both teams have huge problems with creating the chances. In the first half, Marko Arnautovic hit the post with a good header. In response, Kamil Grosicki found Robert Lewandowski in the penalty area, but the captain of the hosts missed the target from the close range.
Franco Foda's players kept the possession, while Poland tried fast attacks. After the break, the visitors could have scored the winner, but Lukasz Fabianski made a few great saves to keep the match goalless.
After the draw, Poland still sits on top in Group G and keep an advantage over third placed Austria with three points. Slovenia is provisionally in second place.
