A dispute arising between a foreigner and an employer shall also be settled in accordance with Labor Law of the People’s Republic of China and Regulations of the People’s Republic of China on Settlement of Labor Disputes in Enterprises. The parties can apply for mediation or arbitration, file a lawsuit or settle it through consultation in accordance with the law.
