Iced Chinese liquor warms the hearts of bar-goers

Another activity called "Ice Joys Lab" let people try their own hand at making cocktails. Mixing a variety of tradition spirits with Chinese liquor at 12 degrees centigrade and decorating the final mixture with a selection of fruit slices, people create a spread of drinks with their own unique taste.
Cocktails were mixed at 12 C since national wine tasters found that Chinese liquor is more full bodied making a more mellow taste at a lower temperature. Following the popularity of the event, iced Chinese liquor is set to inspire a new trend of drinking and mixology.
