Aside from Mickey Mouse, fans of Disney will also delight in seeing the return of Simba in the much more realistic-but-animated remake of the 1994 classic, The Lion King.

The first trailer for the much-anticipated film, directed by Jon Favreau, was released on Nov 23, teasing several classic scenes, including the iconic moment a young Simba is held aloft as he is presented to his future animal subjects for the first time.

The film is scheduled for a July 19 release in North America.
