Chinese cuisines, especially crayfish, became the hottest item during the just-concluded World Cup in Russia, with Find Food, a new Chinese restaurant, a major contributor to the interest.
Moscow only had about 50 registered Chinese restaurants ahead of the World Cup, which made it difficult for the city to deal with the surge in tourists from around the world, especially the 100,000 Chinese fans.
Wu You, a then-senior student majoring in economic management, opened his Chinese restaurant Find Food in center Moscow in June after months of preparation.
