That's the ticket - New York Chen Changdong (left), a 51-year-old Chinese American, won $10 million on an "A Week For Life" ticket on Oct 24 in New York. Chen bought two scratch-off lottery tickets on Oct 4 in a pharmacy he frequents in Flushing, Queens, and one of those was a winner.
