SEOUL - The President of the Republic of Korea (ROK) Lee Myung-bak on Tuesday held out the possibility of a leader's summit with the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK) if planned inter-Korean dialogue goes well.
The two Koreas have agreed to discuss last year's attacks which killed a total of 50 people. Seoul has suggested preliminary military talks take place at the Panmunjom truce village on Feb 11. The talks are meant to set the agenda for a more senior meeting.
