Wen: China sticks to stimulative policy

BEIJING: Chinese Premier Wen Jiabao said Tuesday China will not change the orientation of its stimulative policy as the country is on a critical stage for economy recovery.

Wen said when meeting with World Bank President Robert Zoellick that the Chinese government will continue to pursue a proactive fiscal policy and a moderately easy monetary policy.

"We will not change the orientation of our policy," Wen said.
