Members of the International Keystone Knights of the Ku Klux Klan hold a rally in order to recruit and protest in Forest City, Arkansas, April 25, 2009. The department of Homeland Security has warned that right-wing extremists could use the bad state of the US economy and the election of the country's first black president to recruit members.
