ROK fighter jet crashes after collision

Firefighters put out a fire on a ROK F-5E fighter jet that crashed after it was hit by another jet during a training flight in Pocheon City, in northeast South Korea on November 4, 2008. Two F-5E fighter jets from the ROK Air Forces collided, causing one plane to crash to the ground in a training flight. No casualties were reported as the pilot in the crashed jet safely ejected out of the aircraft. [CFP]
