Updated: 2008-09-04 09:17 SEOUL -- The Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK) has begun restoring its main nuclear reactor in Yongbyon, South Korea's Yonhap News Agency reported on Wednesday.
The DPRK announced on Aug. 26 that it has suspended disablement of the nuclear facilities and warned it would consider to restart them as the US side failed to implement its promises under previous agreements reached at the six-party talks on the nuclear issues of the Korean Peninsula. |
